Description

Ninety days, one page at a time.

This is a working planner for one person starting one thing — a digital product, a service, a small shop. It assumes you have limited hours and no team, and it walks you from “I think I want to start something” to a decision on Day 90 based on evidence rather than hope.

Undated, so you can start on any Monday and it never goes out of date.

What’s inside — 152 pages

  • Eleven foundation worksheets to do before Day 1 — the idea, who it’s for, narrowing the niche, who else is already doing it, planning the product, the numbers behind your price, your one goal, and an honest look at what could stop you
  • Thirteen weekly planning pages — the week’s one outcome, the tasks that get you there, a day-by-day grid, your real available hours, and a line for what you are deliberately NOT doing this week
  • Ninety daily pages — today’s one thing, three secondary tasks, a row for the day’s numbers, room for notes, and a box to set tomorrow’s one thing before you close it
  • Thirteen weekly review pages — what got done, what didn’t and the real reason, the week’s numbers, what you learned, and one change for next week
  • A two-page 90-day review that ends in a decision
  • Four printable trackers — revenue, expenses, email list and social media
  • Month-by-month numbers tracker
  • A thirty-slot content plan
  • A twenty-line launch checklist
  • Notes pages

The three phases

Phase 1 · Days 1–28 · Decide — work out exactly what you’re selling, who it’s for, and what it costs, before you build anything.

Phase 2 · Days 29–56 · Build — make the first version, set up how people find it and pay for it, and start collecting email addresses.

Phase 3 · Days 57–90 · Launch & Grow — launch, make the first sales, ask every buyer what they thought, and turn what worked into something repeatable.

Why this one is different

Every daily page has a row for four numbers: conversations, content posted, emails collected, sales. A to-do list tells you that you were busy. Those four numbers tell you whether being busy did anything — and they are the difference between a planner and a diary.

Every weekly plan asks what you are NOT doing that week. In ninety days you cannot do everything, and deciding in advance what you’re dropping is what stops you drifting into the comfortable work.

What it doesn’t do

It doesn’t promise you an income. No planner can. Plenty of well-built businesses never find an audience, and ninety days of good work can still end with a decision to stop. What this planner does is make sure that by Day 90 you know — from what actually happened — whether the thing is worth continuing. Stopping is one of the three options on the final page, and it’s there on purpose.
