Everything we sell is a digital file delivered instantly, so our policy is short.
Delivery
Your files are available the moment payment clears: on the order confirmation page, in your confirmation email, and under Downloads in your account if you created one. Nothing is posted to you.
Refunds
Because the file is delivered instantly and can’t be returned, all sales are final once a download has been delivered, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
If a file is corrupt, won’t open, or doesn’t match its product description, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We’ll replace the file or refund the order — your choice.
Download limits
Download links can be used five times. If you run out, or lose the email, contact us and we’ll reset them.
